Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information you provide

• Account information — name or company name, email address, and similar contact details when you create an account or request services;
• Business inquiries — contact details and the content of your message when you reach out to us;
• Billing information — order references, transaction amounts, and invoicing details when you purchase paid services. Payments are processed by licensed third-party payment processors, including Stripe, Inc. (see the Stripe Privacy Policy): which collect your card details directly on their own PCI‑DSS–compliant pages. Runix never collects, sees, or stores your full card number or payment credentials; we receive only a payment confirmation, the transaction amount, and a reference token.

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Log data — IP address, browser type, access times, pages visited, and device information, used for security and service improvement;
• Usage data — API call counts, token usage, latency, and error codes, used for billing, troubleshooting, and quality improvement;
• Cookies — see Section 5.

1.3 Content you process through the Services

Data you submit to our APIs and pipelines ("Customer Content") is processed solely to provide the requested service. We do not use Customer Content to train models, and we do not sell it or disclose it to unrelated third parties. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to the data you submit.

2. How we use information

1. To provide, maintain, and improve the Services, including processing requests and handling billing;
2. To verify identity, prevent fraud and abuse, and protect the security of the Services;
3. To respond to inquiries and send service notices (such as invoices, incidents, or important changes);
4. To perform internal analytics that help us improve reliability and product quality;
5. To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We will ask for your consent before using your information for any purpose not covered by this Policy.

3. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only:

• With service providers — such as cloud hosting providers and payment processors, strictly as needed to operate the Services, under contractual confidentiality obligations;
• For legal reasons — when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Runix, our users, or the public;
• In business transfers — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, in which case the receiving party remains bound by this Policy;
• With your consent — in any other case, only after you explicitly agree.

4. Data retention and security

We distinguish between the different kinds of data we handle:

• Prompt and response content (Customer Content) is processed to serve your request and is not used to train models. We minimize how long content is kept beyond serving the request; specific retention windows for a given service can be described in your agreement;
• Operational metadata — such as request counts, token usage, latency, and error codes — is retained to run billing, reliability, and troubleshooting;
• Security and audit logs — such as sign-in and access events — are retained to protect accounts and investigate abuse.

• We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it;
• Data is encrypted in transit. Access to personal information is limited to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis;
• Sensitive fields are masked in analytics and support tooling;
• If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies in two categories, and no others:

• Strictly necessary cookies — first-party cookies that keep the site and the console functioning: session state, sign-in, and security (for example CSRF protection). These cannot be switched off without breaking the service.
• Analytics cookies: we use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC), which sets first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to measure aggregate site traffic (pages visited, approximate region, browser type). We have not enabled advertising features, we do not use this data to identify you, and the data we receive is not tied to a named account. Google’s own practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Your choices. You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings (some features may not work without the strictly necessary ones), block analytics cookies with any content blocker, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Where your jurisdiction requires consent for analytics cookies, we honour the choice you make in your browser and any consent signal it sends. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising, we do not run third-party ad networks on our sites, and we do not sell information collected through cookies.

Payment pages are hosted by our payment processors on their own domains; any cookies set there are governed by the processor’s policy (see Section 1.1).

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and CCPA, where applicable), you may have the right to:

We may verify your identity before acting on a request, and we respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally within 30 days). If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the data-protection supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.

7. International data transfers

We are based in the United States and may process information on servers located in the United States or other jurisdictions. Where personal information originating in the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK equivalent), together with the technical measures described in Section 4.

8. Children's privacy

The Services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we will provide prominent notice. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
