What you get instead of a price tag

We quote per workload rather than publishing a rate card, because the number that matters depends on which models you call and how much you send. What we can tell you up front is exactly how the number is built — so a quote is a confirmation, not a surprise.

Ask for a quote with your expected monthly volume and the models you care about, and you get the rate table below filled in, in writing, before you commit to anything.

How billing works

The details that matter — spelled out, not buried.

Billing models

Usage-based: billed on measured usage (e.g. tokens/requests) for the models you call. Subscription: optional fixed monthly plans. Prepaid balance: add credits up front and draw down as you use. Enterprise/custom: by agreement.

Currency & tax

Billing is in USD. Applicable taxes (e.g. sales tax/VAT) are calculated at checkout or on your invoice where required. There are no hidden fees beyond what your statement shows.

Prepaid credits

Prepaid balance is drawn down as you use the Services during your service period (the term covered by your plan or agreement). Unused balance is refundable per the Refund Policy; consumed usage is not.

Renewal & auto-recharge

Subscriptions renew each period unless cancelled. Optional auto-recharge (topping up a prepaid balance) is off unless you turn it on, and can be turned off at any time.

Overage

If you exceed a plan limit, additional usage is billed at your usage-based rate, or paused, depending on your configuration. We'll make the behavior clear before you rely on it.

Cancel & refunds

Cancel anytime — access continues to the end of the paid period. See the Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy for exactly what happens to access, renewals, and balance.

Invoices & receipts

Every payment comes with an itemized receipt. Enterprise customers can receive formal invoices on their billing cycle, suitable for procurement and accounting.

Payment options

We're onboarding payment processing now. When self-serve checkout is live it will use a hosted, PCI-compliant checkout; today, enterprise billing (card or bank transfer) is arranged with our team. Contact us to set up billing.
